Is the free tier really free?
Yes. Not a trial. Not "$0 for 14 days." Track 25 tokens, get 5 alerts a day, see 24 hours of history. Forever. If that's enough, that's enough.
Can I upgrade from free without reinstalling?
Yes. Your license updates automatically when you upgrade. The running kit picks up the new tier on its next check-in (typically within 24 hours), and you can force a refresh if you want it sooner.
How do I pay?
Card (Visa / Mastercard) or USDT (TRC20). Payments are handled through a non-custodial processor — your details are never visible to us. Both rails feed the same flow.
What's the refund policy?
Pro-rated to the day, refunded through the same payment rail you used. No 7-day window. No "we'll get back to you within 30 days." If something isn't working for you, we make it right.
Why isn't there a tier that picks tokens?
Because we don't pick tokens. The scanner surfaces conditions across six dimensions; the trade decision is yours. A "premium signals" tier would put us in the prediction business — that isn't what we do, and it isn't what trader-psychology research recommends.
Do paid tiers send my data anywhere?
